How to apply for translator- Hindi

My wife is applying for L2 visa. Because of the English accent of the interviewer, she would like to give interview in hindi.Can anybody tell me what is the process for applying for translator.

Hi

Ask her to be at the consulate 30 mins before the int time and there u can ask the officers that u want a Hindi language translator. They will take your request and arrange a translator at the time of your wife's interview.
