    I m on L1 and got Laid Off

    I am on L1 visa which is valid till Nov 2008. Also having B1\B2 visa for next 10 years. Right now my company Laid off me.
    1. How much time I can stay in US legally?
    2. My wife is on L2. How much time she stay legally? She doesn't have B1\B2 visa?
    3. Can I start processing H1-B and stay here?
    Please give me all possible answers.
