H1 and L1 Visa Information
I have already applied for H1 Visa in the quota of 2006. I got my petition case number and awaiting for Papers to be approved. Now, my present working company is applying for my L1 visa with a validity of 3 years. Please let me know, this L1 visa stamping application will effect anything to my H1 application. Also, Let me know, once I travelled to US and back on L1 Visa, I can go for H1 stamping, which was already filed.
