Hi All,
One of my friend got a chance for L1 in his company . But he wokred for 14 months in his current company . He gave his resume to his company in such a manner like he worked in 2 companies before he joined the company currently he is working . As of now he is preparing the false documents .. will this be a big problem .. if the Counsalte officer comes to know,.. or do they will do a back ground check .. for the previous employment check . Though they does the previous employment check .. and they came to know abt the false documents.. what will be the action taken from their side .
Pleas reply ASAP .. he is bit worried.
