    Help required -L1 visa question

    Hi...
    I will be completing 5yrs of stay in the US on my L1B visa in December. However, my I94 is valid until 2007. CAn I stay here till then??? Will that have an adverse impact on a fresh L1 application after the requisite period of 1 year?
