Regarding 2 different resumes with 2 diff visas

Hi Frnds,
In 2005, i attended for my L1 visa through my previous company with 4 years of experience in which 1 year is ****. Now i am planning to remove 1 year of **** experience and want to apply for L1/H1 through my present company. so resume differs a little. if i go with only 3 years resume, is there any problem at the time of stamping????
My main intention is to find whether US Consulate maintain the resumes in their database or not? If they maintain the old resume, this time i will be caught. Pls guide me here.

---- Your experience should have been mentioned in one of the forms completed for filing your L1. In that case the data base will be with the US Consulate. If you shave one year you may be questioned, but the if the present job requires the relevant number of years of experience and if you satisfy the condition there will not be any issues

This information is logged into the database maintained by the US Consulate with your name. Along with it goes other information like qualifications, degrees/diplomas obtained and from where. This information is sufficient for a VO to enquire further and get to know the facts from you
