  • L1 visa rule

I have worked for a firm for about 2 years before I quit and joined another company. I have been in this new company for the last 8 months now. Now I am going back to my previous employer. Will I have to complete 1 year again at my previous employers' before they can apply for an L1 visa for me? Or can they apply for the L1 visa right away, based on the nearly 2 years of work I have done at the company. Please help me out.

A person need to have worked continuously for minimum one year in last 3 years ( on day of L visa application) to be eligible for L visa.
