  • Will L1 visa be given to a non computer qualified engineer?

    Hi,

Iam working for a MNC Software company for more than three years.Iam applying for L1B through my company.I have done my B.E in Electrical and Electronics .Will this be a problem?.Will i be given L1 though i don't own a degree in computer science?.

Any comments on my question ,will surely be a great help and will
improve my confidence for attending the interview.

Unlike H visa, L visa is more flexible for academic requirement. Therefore chances of getting L visa are much higher compared to H visa.

        L or E visa?

Hi! I would like to ask your advice on which visa is easier to apply for (with regard to company employees)? An L1 or an E2? Also, if the non-U.S. company is just about to set up an office in the U.S., is an E2 visa more appropriate for the employees? Or is an L1 also possible since there are provisions for "start up" businesses under L visas...

        Thank you!
