Hi,
I work for a software firm in Bangalore. my company has agreed to sponsor me an L1. I have a dependant mother (housemaker) and a brother (9 years old, in school 5th standard). I want to bring them both with me (not on a tourist visa) for as long as I am in the US.
It seems like mother and brother dont qualify as dependants for L1.
* Is there any way I can show them both as my dependants ( As they dont have an income of their own)
* Is there any other visa in which it is possible to take my mother and brother?
Any help will be appreciated.
