When applying for an L1 visa (and subsequent L2 visa for my wife), can the application be made at anytime throughout the year or is it restricted to a specific window of time during the year. Also please could you tell me how long it would normally take to be granted an L1 visa after having applied for it
As per my understanding, with the case of applying for H1 visa’s there are certain quotas for the year and if the applicant misses the deadline for application during the year, then he/she has to wait until the following year. Is this the same for L1 visa’s ?
