I was working in a company for 2 years. As I was having an Assignment to do in US, I applied for L1-B Visa on 17-March-2006. Unfortunately my visa was rejected on some rejection type (I forgot the exact type). In the rejection letter, it was mentioned that I can apply for L1 Premium before 17-Mar-2007. When I showed the letter to my office immigration team, they said I can apply for L1 Premium which should be approved by USCIS, So that I can directly get my Visa from the US embassy on any mon-Wed in my area without fixing an appointment for it.
After this I left the company on June 2006 and joined another company. Now I wanted to rejoin my earlier company. My doubt is, whether I can apply for L1 Premium immediately after I join there and get my visa as they mentioned in the rejection letter?. Is that letter is still valid for me?
