H1 to L2 Visa transfer
Hi,
My spouse entered USA with L2 visa. here in USA we applied for her H1 visa through company XYZ which got approved. My L1 visa is valid till Dec2008.
Now My spouse does not want to work due to some problems.
I have following questions:
1. What is the procedure to convert her visa back to L2 from H1?
2. Do I need to take help any attorney for this procedure?
3. How many months she can be on H1 without job?
