I have recently become a manager, and hence may not be eligible to go to US in L1-A (which needs one to be as a manager for atleast 1 year period at the time of applying visa); so if i were to go now on L1-B to US, can I later (after a year) apply for L1-A, so that i am able to skip my labor-processing for Green card processing? Do i have to return to India when switching from L1-B to L1-A ?
