L1 B when H1B is pending with 221G(Different employers)

Hi

I currently have my H1B papers filed through different company at US,i have been to the consulate for stamping,but they have given 221G(PINK) due to lack of documents

Now I need to appear for L1Blanket Interview at the consulate.

1)What are my chances of getting L1 visa when my H1 has been refused/pending under 221(g).

I have seen couple posts regarding this in the forum,but there is no reply for that.

Can any one reply??

ur case seams ok.. as it is not ur problem. it was client problem.. u won't face any problem due to last 221g
