    L1B- Can my company subcontract me to another company

    Hello,

    I am currently working in L1B and another company is willing to get me a very nice assignment. Before I go ahead and propose my current employer to start talking to other company about subcontracting me, I want to know whether it is legally allowed to do for an employer?
