Hi everybody,
I'm now in valid state of B1/B2 visa and has got the opportunity of openning a branch office of my home office for which I am still working (dont had plans when I came here, so did not mentioned before). What will be the best way for me to transfer my status from B1/B2 to L1. Should I submit the case here or should I go back and apply from there.
One more thing, My family has got the multiple visa till 2011. Should it is advisable to change their visit visas to L2 & what are the limitations of L2 visa? For how many time it is essential to stay in US continuously under L2 visa.
