Can I quit while on a L1 Visa?
Hi,
Wanted to clarify a few things about resigning from a job in US, while on a L1 Visa.
My L1 Visa has expired, and I am currently here on a valid I-94, and working in Software.
I am thinking of quitting from my parent company, and going back to India.
Is it legal to serve a 1 month notice period while working from the client site, quit at the end of 1 month and go back to India?
Is there any complications involved in this that i should know about?
