Hi,
In November 2006, I went to consulate for H1B visa stamping and got 221(g).
Now due to some reason, I can't go ahead with H1B. However, my current employer has applied for L1 for me. Soon I'll be going to consulate again, this time for L1. Will my H1B application pending will cause any trouble to me for getting L1 ? If yes, what needs to be done to cancel the H1B application ?
