Change in I-94 number.Pls help me out.
I got my L2 visa stamped last week.
I planned to travel to US in february 2007.
And after reaching U.S i had decided to apply for Employment Authorisation Document for which I need to fill up the form I-765.
Form I-765 contains a field I-94 where I have to fill my I-94.
I had also planned to travel back to India for 10 days stay by April 2007 for my sister's wedding.
So when I go back to US by end of April 2007 my IR-94 number which I have entered in Form i-765 PREVOIUSLY would be different from my current I-94.
Will this be of any problem in me getting EAD.(Employment Authorisation Document).
Please help me out with this.
