L2 application advice - Pls help

Hi

I'm applying for L1B through a blanket L1 .
My spouse is also working in IT and has total experience of 8 months currently.
My company is sponsoring L2 for my spouse .
1.Should we go for L1-L2 stamping at the same time ?
2.Should my spouse declare that she is working currently or hide it ?
3.What details do i fill in D-156 , D-157 for my spouse related to fields like :
Full name and address of contact person in US -> This is related to my company details in the US which I can fill in my form , but what should be filled in dependant form for this?
4.I have a B1 visa issued in Oct 2006 valid for 10 years , but haven't travelled on it. Will it have any effect on our L stamping ?

---- If she is working, where is the need to hide it
