For one question in the DS156 which relates to Sister/Brother living in the US by mistake I marked the wrong answer. I noticed it only when I was inside the consulate and was worried about changing it in the last minute. Since I was applying for L1 the VO did not question me about it but do you think this would cause any trouble when I apply for my GC? My sister is going to get her GC this month but she has gone back to india to stay there. Please confirm

---- It is not that the VO did not notice or pay attention in this matter. It is just that it was not relevant in the case. GC is a totally diffeerent process and you have to fill out a totally different set of application forms and submit tehm to a different dept. of the US Govt
My sister is going to get her GC this month but she has gone back to india to stay there. Please confirm

My concern is when i fill out the forms for GC will they cross verify with the DS156 forms filled at the US consulate in India
---- The quey was responded to earlier. You are just repeating it for more responses and want to have answer based on the phrases you have posted
---- Once again to put it directly they will not verify any forms you filled earlier to filing for GC. But all the information submitted for a GC will be verified
