Exp needed to qualify for L1???

Hi,

I heard from my friends that we need to complete 41 months of exp to get qualified for L1. Is this true?
I have an exp of 33 months in company ABC. Can I apply for L1 from this company.

As i Know our compnay process L! who has completed 2 yrs exp with us.
BCA, BSC computer science or MCA BE IT/ COmpter science are consider for L1 in our compnay.
