L1b DS156 doubt, have 221g for my H1b..urgent

Hi all,

I have a H1b and got a 221g, 7 months back and i have not taken the required documents as yet. Now my present company is sending me on L1b where in which i am filling the DS156 Grid no 31 which asks if i have ever been refused US visa? If yes then when, where & what type of visa?

My doubt is my visa for H1b has not been refused but i have been asked to furnish some documents so how should i answer this question.

Any help in this regard is very much appreciated.
