Can a person, who is on L1 visa bring along his / her parents or siblings on L2 visa as dependents if he / she is single and does not have a spouse or any children?

---- NO, You cannot get your parents on L2. That type of Visa is only for immediate dependents and that includes spouse and children

---- What do mean by siblings? Are they your childresn or adopted children, or nephews and nieces. If you clarify further, someone can respond
