I need help with my L1B petition details.

I797 Expiry : Indefinite
I-129S : Under "For USCIS Use Only" - Validy Dates : 36 months
PED in my Visa Stamp : 15 Jan 2008
Visa Expiry Date : 15 Jan 2008.

How long is my petition valid? Which takes precedence?

Please explain.
