I came to the US on H1 a year and half ago. My company filed my L1 and it was approved last week as per the INS website.
1) Is there any formalities to be completed now or has my status automatically changed to L1?
2) Since I still have my H1 stamped on my passport, can I switch jobs using the H1?
3) If I cannot switch jobs, if another company files my H1, do I have to wait till October 2007 or can I get the H1 before that.
