I need a clarification regarding pre-requisite for
applying L1 visa -
One of the pre-requisite is that the employee should
have worked in the current company for the past one
year.
Say his date of joining the company was 1st January
2006.
But during this one year tenture he has travelled to
US for about 3 months with B1/B2 visa. So now is
eligible to apply L1 or is their any blocking factor?.
