I have L1B with a company. Have L2 visa for my wife. She will be working on L2 visa status. I want to apply for H1B with the same company, so that H1B transfer can be done if I loose job. Once I get H1B, I still want to continue on current L1 status so that my spouse will not loose L2 status, so that she can continue working. So my question is, is it possible to continue on current L1 even after I get H1 visa.
