    H1 to L1 visa

    Hi,

    I am currently having a H1 visa. My visa has expired and my company has filed for an extension and it is in process. But I would like to know after my H1 visa extension has been approved, if I am eligible for conversion from H1 to L1 status. I have worked for the same company in India for more than 1 year. But it has been close to 3 years since I came to US.
