Transfer to another subsidiary on L1

I am on L1 visa .. (blanket petition) by a subsidiary A of company X.
Now I want to move to another subsidiary B of the same company X,
Both subsidiaries are located in US but one is consulting and other is development.

I think both have different blanket petitions.

Now what is the procedure to take a transfer from subsidiary A to subsidiary B.

You can do L1 transfer

You will have to go for L1 transfer... if you want to go legally.
But no body bothers much .. since the parent company is same for you.
