Applying for EAD for L2

Hi,

I am on L1 premium and my wife came here on L2 visa. Is it enough if i submit only the form I-765 or it is neccesary to submit I-539 form also for getting the EAD. If any one has got any info regarding this please let me knw.

it is enough if you file i-765. I am pretty sure..
