L1 transfer for Diploma holder.

Hi,

I have completed my Diploma in Electronics and Comm. and have 6 yrs exp. I'm presently on L1B frm company "XYZ". Will I be eligible to apply for H1B thru any sponsorers? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi

U need to tell us if your diploma program was for 3 or 4 years. If your Dip is only for 3 years, you will still qualify for H1B because 1 year of education can be equivalated to 3 years of relevant work experience (full time)
