---- You are already mentioning the B1 rejection in your application under the section "Has a Visa been refused/rejected" and once they see that they can access all details about your Visa. This is nothing major as you are trying for L1 and a employer is sponsoring you for that
---- Basically, there will be no questions and the VO's don't waste time on these matters, instead they want to know about the Visa for which you are at the US Consulate
