Pros and Cons of L1 (A) and L1 (B) Visa
Hey all,
I am having a probable talk with my current employer for gaining L1 Visa. But I am not very clear with the actual difference between the visa type that are L1 (A) or L1 (B)? Can somebody answer to my question or help out by providing me few of the links which would be good to answer my questions? Few of them are like whether L1 (A) / L1 (B) is eligible for applying for Greencard or not and if yes when and how long does it take, etc..etc..?
