L1 blanket got rejected

I got my B1 rejected in April 2006 and now I got my L1 blanket rejected in April 2007. I really cannot understand the reason. The following are the questions and answers of my L1 blanket, can any one of you tell me what wrong I made in the answers.

Freelancer (instead of my client name I wrongly pronounced as freelancer)

More than a year
Did you involve in the deelopment of this project?

Can you let me know what could be the reason? is it because of the freelancer thing? or because of the clients that I mentioned? should we not mention the client names?

Also let me know when can I reapply for L1 individual? Since I got 2 rejections is there any possibility to get L1 individual thro?
