B2(tourist) visa and L1 visa

Hi

I have a 10 yr multiple entry B2(tourist) visa valid till 2010. A company will sponsor me for L1 visa this year. Pls lemme know what will happen to my B2 visa. Can I change jobs while on L1? Can I apply for green card with L1 visa?

Basically you will run L1 & B2 in parallel until they expire...I think.

When you enter the US; you want to enter with L1 so you can work in the US & obtain a Social Security #.

You cannot change jobs with an L1; considering Company A has sponsored you. Once you get your L1; you can apply for your GC. Once you receive your GC you can change jobs.
