L1 indivi Query+Appoinment

my company applied for L1 individual and it got approved from uscis and in uscis approval notice the consulate is showing as chennai.

Please let me know i needs to fix an appoinment only in chennai or i can fix it in other place also(kolkatta,delhi etc)
