I am on L2 visa and my husband is on L1 and both of our extention is upto 5th oct 2007. It is only I94 visa extention upto 5th oct 2007, visa is not stamped since we were in US during the extention. Now i need to travel to india on May 15th 2007, and planing to be back in US by July 31st 2007.
1) Is there a problem in reentering US only for me. I know the visa needs to be stamped, but is there a problem (stamping or entry )since the extention is expiring by 5th Oct 2007.
2) Also if my husband will be extending the L1 visa from October 2007 to one more year. So Is it ok for him to apply extention of L1 alone while i am in india? and then my L2 can be extended from india? and then can i get it stamped?
3) In short is it possible for me alone to visit india by may 2007 and come back by august 2007?
