L1 -> H4 to L1 since H1 rejected
Hi,
My Wife was in L1. As her project was over Her company wanted her to go back. So I changed her visa status to H4 without the knowledge of her company and she was with me. Now I applied for her H1 and it was rejected. Is there any way to do a COS (Change of Status) back to L1 - without her company knowledge. any way her H4 is not stamped in her passport. (I Just got the I-797 papers).
