Any cross check of the documents submitted for L1 visa at the time of H1 processing

Hi friends,

Mine is a different problem. Right now I am applying for L1 visa through my company. I have joined this company with some **** experience. So right now I am applying for L1 by submitting all the documents which were submitted in my current company while joining. Suppose in future,if I apply for H1 through some other company by removing the previous **** exp, will they cross check documents with those submitted at L1 time.


Please help me in this regard. Very urgent....

it depends, generally each case is different from other..

if you are applying L1(they knows your no of yrs exp) now and then H1 with (original experience), if they record your no of yrs exp it could be a problem. consult any legal advise
