HI,
I am currently on L1. My visa expired on Nov2006 and i applied for an i-94 extension. it got approved and i got the new i-94 till July. I have applied for an H1 b through a different employer and my application got accepted. My current employer wants me to apply for one more L1 extension. My question is will it anyway affect my H1 processing?
