I have been working with a company in Venezuela for more than 1 year (Since august 2005). This company has an agreement with a company in the USA to work together in several projects in both, Venezuela and the US. As part of my responsibilities I have been traveling to the US to coordinate these projects between my company in Venezuela and the company here in the US. I’ve been doing this for more than one year in three month period every time.
My questions are,
1.- Is my company in Venezuela entitle to apply for a L-1 visa for me due to his agreement with this USA company?.
2.- Do they have to have any financial link with the USA company to be able to apply for my L-1 visa, or the partnership agreement is enough?.
3.- The fact that I have been doing this coordination job between these two companies for more than a year give me some kind help for my L-1 application?
I really appreciate your help on these topics.
Best Regards
