Ead Application Filing

IAM ON L1 VISA, living in gainesville,texas. my wife is coming to US on L2 Visa
by next week. i wish to apply for her EAD. Please give the answers for my questions.
1. EAD application can be filed in person?
2. If not, i need the mailing address of applicable USCIS centre ( IAM on L1 and my wife is on L2 visa , and we are living in TEXAS State)
the reason is iam not finding mailing address in your website, also i tried USCIS offical website, but the website not opening. soem problem in server..

3. E-filling option is easy or as it is told, for filing photograph i have to visit in person to USCIS service centre??

4. also my infant (1 yr old) also coming to US. Is it require to apply ITN Number for her?

i prefer to file application by mailing; so provide me all information in this case..

e-filing is the easier option. No need for fotograph to be take at the time of submittal - will be taken later.

The ITIN number is used for tax identification purposes. Next tax filing season is about a year away. You can add your wife AND daughter to your next tax filing, AND apply at the same time for ITINs for both of them
