Hi all,

My sister who is married is holding L2 Visa and going US to stay just for a month. She wants to take my daughter along with her. Is there any possibilities?

So she would be taking her niece along? The fact your sister has a visa (L2 or any other classification) doesn't have any effect at all - your daughter needs her own passport AND visa - B1/B2 would be ok for a short one month tourism trip.

Not to mention the truckload of authorizations she would need to (a) enter the US with a child which is not her daughter, and (b) for said child to leave the US for India after her visit is done.

Lot of trouble here just for visiting the US.
