  • Regarding L2 Visa

    Hi,

I'm holding L1 visa. My wife will be appearing for L2 Visa by next month. She is pregnant (2 months).

Is there any chance for rejecting L2 Visa for her? If She got L2 Visa, will she be allowed to travel by next month?

    Thanks in Advance...

Asking if there's a chance of her being denied an L2 visa is like asking if it might rain in the Sahara desert tomorrow - it is POSSIBLE, but it isn't PROBABLE.

Why would she be rejected? As long as your paperwork checks out, and there isn't anything strange/weird/negative on her past history (ie: no drug dealing, no terrorism, etc) she should be OK.

There's no discrimination based on pregnancy, AFAIK.

About traveling: doctors almost always allow pregnant women to travel up to the 5th, 6th month of their pregnancy - unless it's high risk.
