L1 Validity after resigning from the company.

Hi All,

I was working for a COMP-A in India for almost 3 years, during this time, i went to USA for 6 months on L1. Around 7 months back i resigned from COMP-A and joined COMP-B.

Now my old company COMP-A is offering me a again and are telling me, they will send me to USA. they told me that i can get L1 very quick, they are telling, that i was with them {COMP-A} for almost 3 years and have quit just 7 months back, it will not be an issue and i will get L1. Is it CORRECT? It it LEGAL?

Also, i have got my H1B Case number for this year, which is still pending, will it have any implications.

Which one should i go for.

Please suggest.

You need to decide which company you want to work with but Comp-A is right to tell you that you can still work for them on L1.
