Taxes while on L1B

I need to know if I should pay my taxes while I am in US on L1B, or my employer should pay it.

I got the info that my employer should pay the taxes.

Can someone assist me on that?

The employer usually pay their half of the medicare and social security taxes.

They may make payroll deductions of federal/state/local taxes, but the employee has to pay tax on their income and file their returns
