I was in USA last year with my family(wife and son) on B1/B2 visa and applied for my L1 A visa and that was approved and status was changed from B2 to L1A for me and L2 for my wife and son .When i alone come to my home country for business and went to US consulate to get stamped my L1A but it was denied under section 221(g) of INA act and gave me white paper,now my question is that my wife and son who is in still USA they have got I-797 and I-94 till dec 2007 for L2 , can they live there till dec 2007 legally?.although my lawyer has appealed to us consulate to reconsider my case.If any body has this type of experience please guide me this regard
