I am currently on L1B visa from a Company "X". I know that GC processing is faster in case of L1A. What about L1B, is it faster or same as H1B? I believe it should be faster as the there are not many applicants applying for GC under L1B. Please confirm.

---- GC processing depends on the urgency and need of the profession and its category. LIA might be a bit quicker due to the nature of work and its importance to the US economy. If your application is under EB1 category, it will be faster irrespective of whether you aer on L1A or L1B etc.
