L1 Visa
Hi All,
I need some details about L1 visa rules.
I joined one company in india and worked there for almost 3.5 years. After that i left that company and took a break from last 6 months(I didnt worked any where from the 6 months)
Now suppose if i joins back the same company, then again i need to work with that company for 1 year to be eligible for L1 visa or i am eligible for L1 (with the that company?)
